As a mum, I know how challenging it can be to navigate the many aspects of parenthood—especially when you’re also dealing with broken sleep and exhaustion. This can feel even more overwhelming as an expat mum without the familiar support network from home. That’s why I’d love to be part of your support system, helping you create healthy sleep habits and achieve restful nights for your family. My mission is to empower as many parents as possible with the knowledge to make a positive, lasting difference in their family’s lives.Throughout my years of working with children and their families, I have witnessed the many benefits of good sleep habits and quality sleep. I increasingly noticed that children who struggled with learning and behavior in my classes were often not getting the amount of sleep they needed.
Seeing the positive impact of quality sleep led me to pursue my path as a sleep consultant. My training taught me the science behind sleep and how to implement practical solutions to achieve quality sleep within a dedicated timeframe, through consistency, persistence, and patience.
I have always had a passion for helping people, and now, with my knowledge, I would love to help you enjoy better nights of sleep and educate you about sleep by implementing a balanced sleep schedule, allowing you to maintain healthy sleep habits for your little ones.
I follow a holistic approach, considering your child’s needs and your family’s unique preferences to develop a personalized plan with age-appropriate routines. These routines help you achieve quality sleep and foster healthy sleep habits for the long term. You know your children best, so I listen to you, and together, we work as a team. This means we regularly check in to ensure that you and your little one are happy with the progress and that it’s still working for both of you.
Having worked in Reggio Emilia and Montessori preschools, I deeply value these educational methods and integrate them into every aspect of my life, especially as a sleep coach. Independence is vital, as it is one of the most empowering skills we can possess. Teaching your child independence with a caring, supportive, and guiding attitude is a central principle of these methods. I apply this philosophy to my work with families, helping them give their little ones the independence they need, while always using a loving and caring approach.
Whatever you’re struggling with regarding your little one’s sleep, I am here to guide you through every step of the process.
Send me any questions you may have, and we can work through them together. I would love to hear from you and help you and your family achieve better nights’ sleep and develop healthy sleep habits for the long term.
