  • Initial 1 hour call to discuss personalised plan and implementation
  • Check-in call after the first day of implementing
  • Two additional calls throughout the process
  • Follow up call 4 weeks after finishing implementing the plan

  • Four weeks support via phone, messages and email
  • Initial 1 hour call to discuss personalised plan and implementation
  • Check-in calls during the first 3 days of implementing
  • Four additional calls throughout the process
  • Follow up calls 4 and 8 weeks after finishing implementing the plan
  • Two additional follow up calls up to 6 months after finishing implementing the plan

Additional Support

30-minute phone call – €80

  • For new or returning clients needing a little guidance or simple questions answered
  • If a support package is chosen afterwards, the consultation call price can be deducted from the package price.

Extra week of support – €100

  • If you decide you want more support after the initial weeks in any of the packages, in accordance with the offerings of the package.
